I am someone who balances DA time, 'me time' and 'outside time' perfectly. I come on here, write some stories, enjoy myself and then go out for beer with friends.

As most of the world knows by now, on March 17, 2011, the UN Security Council imposed Resolution 1973. For those who DON'T habla, according to CNN, the resolution demands Libyan forces impose an "immediate ceasefire" against rebel forces, and green-lit a no-fly zone, I'm guessing over the Gulf of Sidra and the Med. Personally, what does this resolve? Sure, we can impose no-fly zones, and we can freeze assets, and we can scream to high heaven about how Gaddafi is playing hard-ball, but what does it do?
